Municipal projects 

The most considerable part of the orders of Dalkia Energia Zrt. are constituted by cooperation concerning municipal projects. Among the several hundred facilities of 54 municipalities, there are city and county hospitals, schools, kindergartens and nurseries, social homes, community houses, surgeries and town halls. The three-party contracts signed between the municipalities as owners, the given facilities and Dalkia Energia guarantee reliable heat and hot water supply 365 days a year.

Long-term guarantee

In the frame of generally long-term operation contracts (covering 5–15 years), Dalkia Energia guarantees the selection of the appropriate primary energy source and the most efficient use of energy; it undertakes the full financing of the replacement or renovation of equipment; operates the system in a highly efficient way; employs and controls the staff operating the facility; and, if required, offers guarantee services to keep the equipment operated in novel state.
In this way, Prometheus not only takes over the burden of initial costs from the institutions, but it also performs all the tasks of the subsequent operation. The partners can work with pre-planned and calculable energy budgets, which allows them to balance their long-term activities.

On the basis of the number of municipal facilities operated by Dalkia Energia Barcs, Nagykanizsa and Institutions of Vas County are to be underlined.
